Dietary Addition

Starting this week I will be adding a daily cup of grapefruit juice to my breakfast.

Its going to suck a little bit because

1. I hate breakfast

and

2. I hate grapefruit juice.

But studies show that drinking it helps boost metabolism and stuff so Ill give it a whirl. Besides, Ive been sicker than a dog lately and the vitamin c might just help my body a little bit.

Once again, you'll have to shoot me for the shortness of this post as well as the fact that I still haven't taken the time to find out how to allow my comments section to work. sorry!!!!

Getting Back Into The Groove

JaNae and I are getting back into the exercise groove after over a month of no working out. Its been a tough week full of sore muscles and hydrating...but we're surviving.

I'm not weighing in until the end of the month...mainly because I am positive Ive gained quite a bit of holiday weight. So we'll find out then.

My biggest issue has been my diet. I'm having a tough time getting back to portioning.
