Ouch. Lol

Today's Weight: 181.4 lbs

EEEEwwwww. Well, there you have it folks...I gained back almost all the weight I lost overthe holidays. lol. The only thing is, my body shape has changed so I still dont look as bad as i did before I started working out. Anyways, so far Ive stuck to the plan. I had a cup size of frosted mini wheats for bfast, and I went for my mile run. Like I said, Im not worried...Ill be able to srop this weight in no time.

She's BaAaAaAck...

Heyyyyyyy!

So I know I took a big hiatus from my diet blog for a few months and I gotta say, I have gained some weight back! I'm not sure how much because I haven't weighed myself, but I have only run a handful of times since the winter started due to the freezing weather and my lack of gym membership. I also stopped dieting altogether. I still fit into my skinnier clothes though so I have hope :)

Anyways, its spring in the Midwest and I'm ready to get back into the groove! My goal is to drop 20 lbs by June...thats when the boyfriend will be out to visit again. Pretty realistic, I think. I will start charting my weight again tomorrow once I weigh myself. Anyways, here is my workout plan for 2010:

-NO JUNK. I'm confident that I can do this :) It is easier for me to not eat junk nowadays.

-Drink one whole giant water bottle (I have a huge 36 ouncer that I bought from Target, its my best friend.) before work and another one in the evening. Any additional water is welcomed too. No beverages other than water unless its 100% juice or fat free milk.

-Run at least a mile a day, with exceptions on weekends.

-Do one DVD exercise activity a day along with the run. Preferably Jay Johnson boot camp.

-
These goals are simple but have the best results. I didn't lose 50 lbs by taking diet pills or doing crazy diets. Simple portioning and exercise really work. Here's to a new year and a new workout plan!
