Hummus.
Its super low calorie and you can eat it on celery and it doesnt taste like poo.
Also, mix some fruit with some milk and some protien or fiber powder and you have a quick replacement meal.
My weakness is eating after 6pm and eating alot of random snacks when i do.
Solution: protein rich dinner. mmmmm

Weekly Weigh in and Monthly Comparison
Its that time again. I know its not the first of the month yet, but since this week will include the first of the month I'm going to start my monthly check in today. and I will also recap the month of June.
JUNE
Starting weight: 189 lbs
Ending Weight: 185.4 lbs
Total Loss: 4 lbs (ish)
JULY:
Starting weight= 185.4 lbs
goal: 7 to 8 lbs of loss
Here are my 'beginning July Photos'. These are the photos that I will use to compare to the end of July to see if there is noticeable weight loss. They're unflattering and gross, I know. But that's the point. Need to motivate myself and I don't want to use pretty angles or anything to try and hide what the plain truth is. So here they are! :

Tomorrow is my weigh in...
...I get the feeling it will be the same. I went for a run today but I ate alot because we had dinner at a friends house and I over ate. Ugh...so frustrating! It is REALLY HARD to not eat. Food is ALL I think about. it really is an addiction and something hard to overcome. Tomorrow I start detoxing again and go back to my 1200 cal diet. I have discovered its motivating to watch Megan fox or look at pictures of her. She seems to be 'the girl every guy wants' right now and when i look at her I suddenly am not hungry any longer. So that's my tip for the day and to prove to you Ill post some pics of her. Enjoy...then go starve.

Fatness on Film
Here are the first round of pictures. Many more to come weekly. Normally Id be too embarassed to post such unflattering photos of me without my hair done but this is the type of thing that will help motivate to lose weight. Even if the photos are embarassing...THIS IS WHAT I LOOK LIKE. The goal is to change it, not run from it. So...tada! here it is. Ive lost tons of weight from before but as you can see my probalem areas are still bad. Mainly that stomache and those hips. Ill post pictures weekly and even though there wont be much change weekly I think it will help motivate me. At the end of each month Ill do a comparison shot of the first of the month with the last of the month. Ill start this next month. Enjoy. Oink oink.


Water, Water...Everywhere.
Good tip for drinking only water and staying hydrated...buy obe of those 33.8 fluid ounce bottles of water and keep refilling it. If you drink two a day youre getting your 8 8oz glasses of water, and if you drink that much I find its way easier to shed the lbs and also curb the cravings. Given, sometimes I drink so much I feel like Im goin gto vomit, but no pain no gain, right?

Nom Nom Nom...
...Here goes. So I think I have a layout plan for this new diet blog. I will be conducting weekly weigh ins (sometimes daily for those days that I cant stay off the scale.) and entering a calorie intake list of the foods I take in every day. I am working towards a 1200 calorie a day diet, because thats what they advised on the biggest loser. Ive been doing it for a few weeks now and also tracking it in a little diet journal I bought. I totally recommend a diet journal. It seems like a waste of time, but it helps motivate you and you can take it anywhere. Also, when I'm feeling unmotivated I make a list of goals in it as to why I'm doing this in the first place. I also have written myself a list of 'rewards' for myself when I hit certain weights. Once I have time, Ill also post them in here.
I'm also going to include the amount of exercise I do each day and updated weekly 'body shots' to try and follow my loss.
So here goes for today.
Today's Initial stats:
height= 5' 71/2"
weight= 185.2 lbs
goal= 160 lbs (for now)
total weight loss if I reach goal= about 20-ish lbs.
Luckily I have Jenna doing this with me so hopefully that will intensify my results.
