Today's weight: 179.7
When I stepped on the scale this morning, I expected to be much more than the weight I actually am...which just tells you how poorly I ate and how badly I was at hydrating this weekend and past Labor day. I have decided to start detoxing by going back to be faithful the the 'bland diet' that I had posted a few weeks ago.
My best friend Leslee is coming to visit from her home with her husband in Australia. She will be out here in December or early January, so I have made that a new goal for myself. The last time she saw me I was really overweight and unhealthy from being with Andrew. Leslee and I used to SHARE CLOTHES when we were younger and I was thin...Id like to try and reach that goal again.
MY WEIGHT LOSS GOAL TO BE REACHED BY DECEMBER: 155-150 lbs
Look at us! we back in the day.... shes still just as skinny today, and so I will be too! Motivation!If I could go slightly smaller than that, Id be happy too! :)
That was my pre baby weight range, soI wanna hit it again. I want to fit into American eagle and hollister jeans again (not that ill spend money on those. lol)
Most people say its impossible to reach the size you were in high school, but Im 22 years old. Anything is possible right now...but it wont be so easy the older I get. I have to get to work NOW.
This sounds lame, but I wasnt kidding. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE. If you set your goals and stop making excuses for yourself, you can do it. It wont be fun, it wont be easy...but if the results are important to you then you'll push yourself way outside of your comfort zone and get to it.
