...Here goes. So I think I have a layout plan for this new diet blog. I will be conducting weekly weigh ins (sometimes daily for those days that I cant stay off the scale.) and entering a calorie intake list of the foods I take in every day. I am working towards a 1200 calorie a day diet, because thats what they advised on the biggest loser. Ive been doing it for a few weeks now and also tracking it in a little diet journal I bought. I totally recommend a diet journal. It seems like a waste of time, but it helps motivate you and you can take it anywhere. Also, when I'm feeling unmotivated I make a list of goals in it as to why I'm doing this in the first place. I also have written myself a list of 'rewards' for myself when I hit certain weights. Once I have time, Ill also post them in here.
I'm also going to include the amount of exercise I do each day and updated weekly 'body shots' to try and follow my loss.
So here goes for today.
Today's Initial stats:
height= 5' 71/2"
weight= 185.2 lbs
goal= 160 lbs (for now)
total weight loss if I reach goal= about 20-ish lbs.
Luckily I have Jenna doing this with me so hopefully that will intensify my results.
