Hummus.
Its super low calorie and you can eat it on celery and it doesnt taste like poo.
Also, mix some fruit with some milk and some protien or fiber powder and you have a quick replacement meal.
My weakness is eating after 6pm and eating alot of random snacks when i do.
Solution: protein rich dinner. mmmmm
